Hi! My name is Danielle and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). It has always been my passion to become a counselor and promote mental health and wellness. It is my belief that honesty and authenticity within the therapy relationship are the building blocks upon which the foundation to personal growth rests. When we "get real" with ourselves in therapy, that realness enables us to begin truly living the kind of life that we have always wanted. It's important to me, as a therapist, that I meet my clients where they are on their journey. I have experience working within a client-centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework and with individuals that have been affected by substance abuse, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. My therapeutic "style" is rooted in genuineness, integrity, and compassion.

I will leave you with my favorite quote I learned during my masters program:
"Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here." -Max Ehrmann
