Our society is obsessed with dieting. Period. If you feel like you are one of those people that are constantly on a diet or if you have struggled with poor body image, this group is for you. Together, we will read one of my favorite books, "The Fu*k It Diet" by Caroline Dooner. This book is witty, straight-forward, and honest. It has helped me and millions of other people to stop dieting and start living. As a group, we will read specific pages and then reconvene and discuss our feelings towards the content. Let's change the way we think about body image and start to believe that every body is beautiful!
